Licensed Nursing Assistant

The University of Vermont Health Network seeks a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our Helen Porter Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing long‑term care team on full‑time nights. In this role, you will provide hands‑on bedside support with ADLs, mobility, toileting, and comfort measures, accurately obtain vital signs, and assist nurses with treatments and documentation in the EHR. You’ll promote safety, dignity, and infection control while supporting primarily geriatric residents. You’ll work within a collaborative, academic health system that values learning, inclusion, and professional growth.
