As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will be at the forefront of
delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that
puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the
branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the
team for success. You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost
hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial
technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with
specialized financial needs for clients.

* You are experienced in creating and maintaining a strong risk and control
environment, you demonstrate a steadfast commitment to operational integrity
and adherence to policies.
* You have a strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect your
team, partners, and clients with technology, making it accessible and
exciting for everyone involved.
* You have 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase
leadership experience.
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* You have a college degree or military equivalent.
Training and Travel Requirement
* You’ll successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being
considered for placement as a Branch Manager.
* You’ll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and
meetings; some travel may be out-of-state.
