What You’ll Do: Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards; play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.
