Job Description Summary $25,000 sign-on bonus and benefits eligibility from Day One & relocation assistance. External applicants and newly licensed internal applicants may be eligible with a one-year work commitment for a full-time position. Previously employed applicants who have been gone from the organization for more than 90 days may also be eligible. Candidates who live more than 100 miles from the work location may receive relocation assistance up to $13,000. Responsibilities Compete as the assistant to the Neuro Interventional Radiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures. Assist and collaborate on procedures involving cerebral angiogram coiling, avascular malformations, and stroke interventions while maintaining sterile technique. Perform quality assurance and monitoring of X‑ray equipment, hemodynamic monitoring, and radiation safety. Assist the Radiation Safety Officer in QA of labs and radiation protective apparel, check lead aprons, report findings, and maintain accurate records. Greet patients upon arrival, check charts for required data, and report absences or abnormalities to RN/physician. Explain procedures, give instructions, answer patient questions, and participate in room turnover and transportation of patients. Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Minimum Qualifications ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support, American Heart Association. ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. BLS – Basic Life Support, American Heart Association. Licensed in the State of Ohio. Specialized Knowledge State of Ohio Radiologic Licensure. ARRT Registered. Work Shift Day Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Department Neurointerventional Radiology Location & On‑Call The applicant's location of interest will be discussed during the initial screening process.
