Sr. Scrum Master

Responsibilities
- Support product owner in establishing outcomes, maintaining backlogs, and forecasting delivery capacity
- Coach developers on Scrum framework, Definition of Done, and testing practices
- Establish team working standards, event structures, and quality definitions
- Analyze and report on metrics including throughput, cycle time, defect rate, and customer satisfaction
- Remove organizational and team impediments; facilitate conflict resolution and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or high school diploma/GED plus 3 years relevant experience
- Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps and agile tools
- Demonstrated understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and iterative development
- Expertise in agile metrics, reporting, and analytical thinking
- Experience with change management and cross-functional business-technology representation
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Advanced certifications such as Professional Scrum Master II (preferred)
Compensation: $78,000–$156,000 base
