MIG Welder/Fabricator

You'll work with advanced equipment, diverse materials, and a team that takes pride in producing high-quality products built to last.1st Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00am - 3:30pm2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00amResponsibilities:Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Arc welding techniquesWeld various metals including stainless steel, aluminum, and other fabrication materialsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specificationsFabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components to meet project requirementsOperate overhead cranes and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlyInspect welded joints to ensure quality, structural integrity, and compliance with specificationsMaintain welding equipment and tools in proper working conditionCollaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects safely and efficientlyFollow all workplace safety standards, procedures, and regulationsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious welding experience with proficiency in MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Arc weldingAbility to accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExperience working with stainless steel, aluminum, or other metal fabrication processesFamiliarity with overhead cranes and material handling equipmentStrong understanding of welding safety standards and best practicesAWS certification or completion of a recognized welding program preferredExperience with brazing or advanced metal joining techniques preferredBackground in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments preferredKnowledge of welding inspection and quality control procedures preferredExperience working with automated or computerized welding equipment preferred
