Compensation & Benefits That Stand Out Base pay: $28.34 – $30.85 per hour Target annual commission: $13,200 50% 401(k) match up to 7% PTO eligibility after 30 days (up to 19 days annually) What You’ll Do You will work inside a premium automotive dealership, acting as the tire sales expert and building customers’ trust. After a fully paid training program, you will: Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions Provide pricing and close sales Build relationships with customers and dealership teams What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-pace, high-volume environment Dealer Tire promoted an average of 114 team members per year in our Tire Store program.
