Your OpportunityWe're looking for passionate, dependable Line Cooks who take pride in consistently preparing exceptional food with attention to detail and teamwork.

Whether you're an experienced line cook or looking to continue building your culinary career, you'll work alongside an accomplished team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences. Every plate leaving the kitchen reflects Grayson's commitment to quality, creativity, and hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and chef specifications. 
• Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail. 
• Properly prepare, portion, and plate food during breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner, and special events. 
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of assigned workstations. 
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines. 
• Properly label, rotate, store, and handle food products. 
• Assist with prep work, station setup, and closing responsibilities. 
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. 
• Support other kitchen stations as needed to ensure smooth service. 

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional cooking or line cook experience preferred. 
• Fine dining, hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant experience is a plus. 
• Passion for cooking and a commitment to quality. 
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and consistency. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Dependable, team-oriented, and coachable. 
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Scheduling will vary based on restaurant operations and seasonal business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand movements. 
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and kitchen equipment.
