Complete data entry and initial file setup for new claims Prepare and process claim and expense payments Handle various administrative tasks Interact with customers to obtain loss information Respond to customer inquiries Provide general administrative, customer service, and phone support to the Claims department Requirements High school diploma with demonstrated experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred Comfort in navigating multiple systems preferred 0-3 years of experience Ability to work Canton hours of operation: 8:30AM - 5PM ET, or Denver hours of operation: 9:30AM - 6PM MT Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in data entry and administrative support, with a strong focus on customer service and claims processing.
