About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead the strategic planning and implementation of commercial development, off-airport properties, cargo operations, and concessions. The CCO will be a key member of the Executive Management Team, responsible for driving revenue growth, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio, including commercial agreements with airline partners, and overseeing the development and execution of innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize revenue streams. The successful candidate will also be tasked with maintaining strong professional relationships, analyzing business trends, and leading efforts to maximize revenue through commercial development. Candidates for the CCO position at the company should have a B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field, with a master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of managerial experience in marketing, commercial, and/or business development. Strong project management skills are essential, and knowledge of airport concessions, ACDBE programs, and airline/airport operations is preferred. The role requires a leader with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build consensus, and a proven track record of effective staff management. The CCO will be expected to have a thorough understanding of airport commerce, resources, and industry standards, and to be adept at preparing and maintaining budgets. The position demands a high level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, as well as the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regulatory agencies.
