What you´ll do Maintain and service existing accounts by providing technical/ application, logistics, and quality support. Cultivate, qualify, and validate leads. Actively manage pricing system Support customer special requests including: order release, credit limit, debit/credit, customer complaints, agreements, and price quotations. Serve as lead contact for distribution partners: transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, price and contract management. Manage customer base to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively seeking feedback and expeditiously addressing customer concerns.
