We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Laundry Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy laundromat. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day facility needs.
Pay: Up to $45,000 annually, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laundromat operations
- Ensure machines and facility are clean, safe, and operational
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Manage supplies, cash handling, and basic reporting
- Coordinate minor maintenance needs and vendor services
- Supervise staff as needed and assist with scheduling
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in retail, facility management, or operations preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with light administrative and hands-on duties
