Content Knowledge Specialist

Managing and publishing customer-facing and internal content across ServiceNow and DPR Toolbox platforms, the full-time Sr Content Knowledge Specialist will ensure the accuracy and accessibility of knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs, and desktop references while collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance content clarity and usability, with the option to work remotely. Key Responsibilities: Publishes and maintains knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs, and desktop references, ensuring content accuracy and consistency Establishes and monitors review, approval, and expiration cycles for all published content Collaborates with SMEs to develop and refine content, enhancing clarity and alignment with organizational standards Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, English, human resources, business administration, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in content management, communications, or a related field Experience with ServiceNow or similar content management systems Human Resources experience preferred Content management or human resources certification preferred
