Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of bankruptcy and workout experience to join a thriving Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice in Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a sophisticated restructuring practice while gaining meaningful responsibility and hands-on experience across a diverse range of matters.

The attorney will represent various parties in bankruptcy and insolvency matters , while also having the opportunity to work directly with clients on broader commercial and legal issues. The role provides valuable exposure beyond traditional insolvency work, including transactional, commercial, litigation, and general outside counsel matters .
