Lead the Charge as a General Warehouse Worker Lead at Green Electronic Solutions!

What You’ll Do

As a General Warehouse Worker Lead , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our sorting operations run smoothly and efficiently. Here’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead and Motivate : Oversee the daily activities of the Sort Team, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Train and Support : Teach new team members sorting procedures, safety policies, and company expectations.
- Monitor and Coach : Track employee performance, provide feedback, and encourage a positive, productive work environment.
- Ensure Quality : Perform quality checks to ensure materials are sorted according to company standards while minimizing errors.
- Promote Safety : Enforce warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements, keeping the work environment hazard-free.
- Collaborate and Communicate : Work alongside your team to meet production goals, address equipment or inventory concerns, and maintain efficient workflows.
- Stay Hands-On : Assist with unloading, moving, and organizing materials while keeping the sorting area clean and organized.
- Adapt and Contribute : Take on additional duties as assigned and work closely with other departments to achieve company goals.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is ready to set the standard for excellence. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience : At least 3 years of previous warehouse experience; leadership or supervisory experience is a big plus.
- Leadership Skills : Ability to lead by example, maintain a positive attitude, and inspire your team to perform their best.
- Strong Communication : Clear and effective communication skills to guide your team and collaborate with others.
- Organizational Abilities : A knack for prioritizing tasks, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.
- Technical Know-How : Basic computer skills to complete simple reports and documentation.
- Work Ethic : Reliable attendance, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
