NC Programmer Shift6:00 AM Start Time Pay: $20–$25/hr (Based on experience) Contract: Contract-to-HireWe are looking for an experienced NC Programmer to join our NC Cut Department, supporting tooling and CNC operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to take ownership of programming, setup support, and production projects.The NC Programmer will work closely with operators, tooling, and production teams to create efficient programs, support CNC operations, and ensure quality requirements are met.Core ResponsibilitiesCreate and modify NC programs to support CNC machining and tooling operationsUtilize Visi CAD/CAM software for programming and design supportDevelop setup and tooling sheets to assist CNC operators with machine setupSupport production runs by troubleshooting programming and setup issuesCollaborate with operators and manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are metReview prints, drawings, and specifications to support accurate productionManage assigned projects and maintain organized documentationRequirements3+ years of CNC experienceMinimum of 1 year of hands-on NC/CNC programming experienceExperience working in a production and/or prototype manufacturing environmentKnowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and setupsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)High School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned projectsLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
