Role Description The Loan Officer role at Creative Lending USA is a commissin base part or full time job .. The Loan Officer will manage the end-to-end loan origination process, including prospecting, gathering client financial information, analyzing borrower qualifications, and recommending appropriate lending products. This role involves collaborating with underwriting teams, ensuring accurate documentation, and guiding clients through approvals and closing. The Loan Officer will maintain strong relationships with clients, provide responsive customer service, and stay current on lending guidelines, market trends, and internal policies. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in loan origination and working in a Loan Officer capacity. Strong foundation in finance, including understanding of credit, cash flow, and real estate or business lending. Knowledge of underwriting principles and ability to review adocumentation. Commitment to high-quality customer service and client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency with lending software, CRM tools, and standard office applications.
