As a respiratory therapist at RRMC, you’ll receive 8-12 weeks of comprehensive orientation, training in our respiratory-driven protocols. Post-training, you’ll work alongside a dedicated team to provide exceptional care to our patients.We pride ourselves on offering new team members a robust clinical foundation, fostering growth as clinicians and critical thinkers. Our clinical ladder supports your professional development, including obtaining your Advanced Airway Management certification.We understand the importance of work/life balance, offering open self-scheduling and every third weekend rotation. Plus, we’re currently offering a $20,000 signing bonus for a two-year contract, paid in increments. Relocation allowances are available for qualifying candidates.Our benefits package includes a 403B retirement plan, education reimbursement, advanced certification reimbursement, and paid time off.**What you will do*** Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, implementing, and evaluating the treatment and procedures that contribute to the Respiratory Care Plan.* Completes all documentation and assures all orders are current, completed or discontinued.* Participates and assists in meetings, projects and in-services relative to improvement of RHS Respiratory Care Services.* Utilizes proper infection control techniques in performance of duties and in accordance with departmental procedures.* Works with physicians and nurses to create treatment plans.
