A highly respected international organization is seeking a strategic and influential HR leader to oversee workforce strategy, employee programs, organizational analytics, and HR technology initiatives across multiple countries.

What You'll Be Doing:
Global Workforce Strategy:
- Develop and execute workforce programs that support organizational growth and business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to enhance employee attraction, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent investment initiatives.
- Provide market insights and recommendations that support business competitiveness.
HR Technology & Analytics:
- Lead HR systems strategy, optimization, governance, and reporting.
- Utilize workforce analytics and business intelligence to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across HR platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
Employee Programs & Organizational Excellence:
- Oversee employee-focused programs designed to support engagement and business performance.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness.
- Support wellness, recognition, and workforce experience initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Compliance & Operational Leadership:
- Ensure adherence to employment regulations across multiple countries and regions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost planning efforts.
- Maintain strong governance practices and operational controls.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For:
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of leadership experience within Human Resources, Workforce Strategy, Employee Programs, HR Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employees across multiple countries and regions.
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership teams.
- Strong analytical and business planning capabilities.
- Experience utilizing HR technology platforms and workforce analytics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Global enterprise, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, supply chain, or multinational business environment.
- Experience leading large-scale workforce initiatives.
- Advanced HR systems and reporting expertise.
- Strong presentation and executive communication abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $149,000–$162,000.
