Presentation Specialist

EBS helps employers offer compliant, tax-advantaged employee benefits that put money back into both the company's and the employees' pockets. We're based in Puerto Rico with an office in Miami, and we're growing fast through a network of benefits partners.

THE ROLE

You'll be the client-facing presenter for employers our partners bring to us. The interest is already there when you get on the call. You'll walk the employer and their HR team through our program, answer questions with confidence, and guide them to next steps. This is a salaried seat with no commission and no cold calling.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run scheduled video and phone presentations with employers and HR contacts Handle follow-up calls and emails (our AI tools draft and track most of it) Send agreements and help clients through enrollment with our operations team Report back after each meeting so the team knows where every deal stands

WHO YOU ARE

Native-level English, spoken and written Clear, organized, calm and polished on camera A quick learner who can explain a detailed program simply Client-facing experience (presenting, account management, client success). Benefits or insurance knowledge is a plus, not required Reliable home office and strong internet

WHAT WE OFFER
