Our Menomonie, Wisconsin location is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing facility.Shift: D2 Day Shift: 5am-5pm Red CedarWhat You Will Do In Your RoleInstall, set up, and troubleshoot molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and assembly equipment including laser, vision systems, and serializationDiagnose malfunctions through use of proper test equipmentPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on assembly equipment and auxiliary equipmentParticipate in problem solving and process improvements on existing and new equipmentGeneral HVAC, compressed air, chilled water, and heat pump maintenanceBarrel and screw measurement, service, and maintenanceStrong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsUse SAP "CMMS" for accessing work instructions, logging time and materials usedThe Experience You Will Bring (requirements)1+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance role1+ years experience troubleshooting PLC & HMIWhat Will Put You AheadMaintenance Lead with experience managing preventative maintenance, maintenance teams, and contractorsTechnical degree in a maintenance related field or higherHiring PhilosophyAll Koch companies value diversity of thought, perspectives, aptitudes, experiences, and backgrounds.
