Role: AI Architect/AI Engineer

Location: Hybrid 2-3 days - Dallas, TX

Exp: 15+ years

Job Description:

Experience Range: With at least 15 years of experience in cloud architecture, including significant expertise in AWS development and solution design

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using AWS services such as Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, CloudFront, API Gateway, and Step Functions
• Develop and implement cloud-native applications and microservices leveraging AWS serverless technologies
• Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability, ensuring best practices in resource provisioning and management
• Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams on AWS architecture, deployment strategies, and integration patterns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, create architectural diagrams, and drive solution delivery
• Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards for AWS environments
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to AWS services and resolve architectural challenges to maintain system integrity
• Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and technical excellence Required Skills:

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable project management solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, driving planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring technical solutions meet business objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and risk assessments
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools into existing project management frameworks to enhance process efficiency and project outcomes
• Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and governance processes to ensure consistent delivery and quality
• Evaluate and mitigate project risks through proactive identification, assessment, and implementation of effective controls
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Required Skills:

• Expertise with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable technical solutions
• Proficiency with workflow automation and process optimization tools 7

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based project management platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with change management frameworks
• Exposure to AI-driven project management solutions
• Experience with portfolio management and enterprise-level program delivery

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a closely related discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar business analysis certification
