Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM (Overtime as needed)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, processing documentation, and assisting with shipping and receiving activities.

Responsibilities:

Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
Enter and update warehouse data accurately.
Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
Verify incoming and outgoing materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
Organize and file warehouse paperwork.
Communicate with warehouse and production teams regarding inventory and order status.
Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
Perform general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse clerk or inventory experience preferred.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Location: Miami, FL 33169
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Overtime available as needed.
