Role Description The Clinical Program Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Oradell, NJ, responsible for overseeing clinical programs and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, managing caseload distribution, and monitoring treatment plans to align with best practices and organizational standards. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical programs, including group services, family interventions, and specialized initiatives tailored to community needs. The Clinical Program Director collaborates with leadership on strategic planning, maintains regulatory and accreditation compliance, and supports quality improvement efforts. Additional duties include coordinating with external partners, providing clinical guidance and consultation, participating in case conferences, and contributing to training and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Clinical Operations skills, including staff supervision, workflow management, and quality assurance in a behavioral health or wellness setting.
• Candidates should possess Program Development skills, such as designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical and wellness programs that meet diverse client and community needs.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Mental Health, including diagnostic assessment, evidence-informed interventions, and familiarity with family and systems-focused care.
• Candidates should possess experience with Clinical Trials or outcomes-based initiatives, such as data collection, measurement-based care, or participation in research-informed programming.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine or allied health concepts relevant to integrated care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and holistic treatment planning.
• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical field; appropriate state licensure (e.g., LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, LCSW. ) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical or program management role, with skills in team development, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with proficiency in electronic health records and basic office software.
• Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and trauma-informed, person-centered care.
