The clinician will specialize in treating dual diagnosis and substance abuse cases for adult patients, with particular emphasis on methadone and medication assisted treatment protocols. Board certification in Family Medicine with addiction medicine experience is required, along with active New York State Medicaid provider status, NY medical license, and DEA registration.
