Now Hiring for the Following Roles:

Roaming Maintenance Technician

• Travel between multiple properties to complete work orders and repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and HVAC experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Maintenance Technician I & II

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and unit turns
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC a plus
• Ensure property safety and curb appeal

Housekeeper

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant units
• Support make-ready process
• Attention to detail is key

Property Manager

• Oversee daily operations of apartment communities
• Manage leasing, resident relations, and financial performance
• Experience in affordable housing preferred

Concrete Finisher

• Pour, level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces
• Experience with sidewalks, foundations, and concrete repairs
• Ability to operate concrete finishing tools and equipment

Carpenter / Finish Carpenter

• Perform framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general carpentry repairs
• Experience with drywall, doors, flooring, and remodeling preferred
• Ability to read measurements and work independently

Irrigation Technician

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Troubleshoot leaks, valves, controllers, and water flow issues
• Experience with irrigation systems and outdoor maintenance preferred

Lawn Care Technician

• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping
• Operate lawn care equipment and maintain property grounds
• Ensure properties remain clean, attractive, and well-maintained
