Community Associate

905 McClain Rd, Bentonville, AR The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. Your responsibilities include addressing support needs, handling administrative tasks, and enabling customers to focus on running their businesses. A typical day at IWG You arrive before the center opens to verify the venue is ready and that cleaners have completed their tasks. Throughout the morning you respond to customer requests: changing Wi‑Fi codes, tracking packages, directing to meeting rooms, setting up projectors, and ensuring accurate billing. You manage mail delivery, send notifications, and support printing and invoicing needs. During the afternoon you coordinate networking events with the Community Manager, prepare and distribute e‑invites, and promote the space to prospects. You conclude the day by organizing group meet‑ups and maintaining the workspace’s cleanliness.
