Qualifications Experience: proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. Leadership Skills: strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Customer‑Centric: passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Analytical Skills: ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data‑driven decisions. Flexibility: willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Tech‑Savvy: proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications. Minimum Requirements Assistant Store Manager: open availability to open/close the store (morning, day, night), minimum 5‑day work week, average 44 hours (increased during peak periods). Supervisor: availability to open/close store, 5 days of availability, minimum 30 hours per week. All Management: availability on weekends and holidays; punctuality and regular attendance per company policies; reliable transportation; clear English communication; ability to read/write English and perform basic mathematics; ability to relocate within company network if needed. Physical Demands Prolonged standing, 5–14 hours per day; 1–12 hour days during peak sales periods. Stooping, kneeling, reaching, pulling to stock merchandise. Climbing ladders or stairs for stocking. Lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly (may be higher). Good vision, including color differentiation. Moderately noisy retail environment. Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership strongly preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Compensation Assistant Manager: $20.50–$22.50 per hour with bonus opportunities if store KPIs are met. Supervisor: $20.50 per hour. All roles eligible for company 401(k) plan. Full‑time roles eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company‑paid time off.
