Position Summary
Seeking a Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, contracts, and client expectations.
Key Requirements
- Manage project execution, costs, schedules, subcontractors, and project completion.
- Lead preconstruction, OAC meetings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change-related activities.
- Negotiate with subcontractors/suppliers and manage pay applications and monthly billing.
- Maintain project budgets, financial reporting, and profitability.
- Coordinate closely with owners, architects, superintendents, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits, resolve project issues, and ensure timely closeout.
- Mentor APMs/junior staff and provide strong client communication.
- Bachelor s in Construction Science or equivalent experience required.
