Sushi By Scratch Dishwashers

We are looking for a responsible dishwasher who is interested in taking on a new challenge. Sushi by Scratch Restaurants is seeking a dish team who is capable of maintaining clean and dishes stocked and ready to go for our sushi chefs. Assisting the team with ensuring the materials needed for prep are cleaned, maintained, and organized. With multiple operating outlets, and more on the way, this is a great opportunity for dishwashers to join a team primed for growth!

Job Duties:

Cleaning, washing all dishes and materials for sushi chefs
Ensure all areas are clean and ready for guests
Be able to be adaptive in a small fine dining environment
Hand washing fragile dishware

Positions Available:

Part time Per Diem Pay - $18/ day
Hours: 3pm - midnight
Schedule: Mainly weekends
Compensation: $18.00 per day

Scratch Restaurants started when Chefs Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee decided they wanted to put their personal spin on what a restaurant concept could be. Although each of their concepts are independent and unique from one another, the constant thread that ties all of Scratch Restaurants together is the dedication to the artisanal "from scratch" approach to hospitality. Currently featuring and expanding our Sushi|Bar and Pasta|Bar tasting menu concepts.
