As Studio Manager, you'll: * Lead, coach and inspire a high performing team. * Drive membership sales and coach your team to confidently convert prospects into lifelong members. * Monitor studio performance and key business metrics to achieve growth goals. * Develop and retain exceptional talent. * Deliver an outstanding experience for every member from their first visit to their hundredth class. * Build partnerships and relationships throughout the local community to grow brand awareness. * Ensure daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards. * Solve challenges with confidence, positivity and a solutions first mindset. * Celebrate wins, coach through the choas and continually raise the standard for your team. What We're Looking For * Previous leadership or management experience. * A proven history of driving sales, business growth and team performance. * Experience coaching individuals toward measurable goals. * Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. * Strong organizational and problem solving abilities. * Comfort using technology and business reporting tools. * Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs require.
