Travel Vascular Tech - $2,238 per week in Washington, IA

Position Overview Vascular Tech position located in Washington, IA. Pay: $2,238 per week. Full-time (4 days x 8 hours) for 13 weeks starting 6/22/2026. Job Responsibilities Perform general, abdominal/OB‑Gyn, and vascular ultrasound studies. Follow policies and procedures to achieve high‑quality studies. Set up equipment and assist radiologist. Work with EMRs to generate and complete exam orders. Record and analyze QC data for accuracy and precision. Maintain safe and efficient environment, performing equipment checks and cleaning work area. Demonstrate punctuality and attendance. Maintain clinical competency and current professional knowledge through in‑house education and training. Contact service personnel for troubleshooting equipment. Transport patients safely and efficiently. Use PACS systems for releasing and transmitting images. Notify staff of supply needs. Collaborate with other departments to improve patient and staff experiences. Recommend process improvements for increased efficiency. Promote company values and perform other duties as assigned. Lifts awkward weights up to 100+ lbs as required. Use hands for repetitive fine‑dexterity tasks. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as Ultrasound Technologist. Graduated from accredited school of ultrasound. RVT registration preferred. Certification RDMS (AB, OB‑GYN) preferred. BLS required. Ability to maintain safe and effective patient care.
