Physician - Primary Care


Job Details:

• 100% office-based, outpatient primary care position serving patients 18 and older
• Located in Manchester, CT at 256 North Main Street
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with an option to ask about a 4-day work week
• Minimal call requirements averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Efficient operations with robust staffing including nursing support and a dedicated Medical Assistant
• EPIC with Dragon and Ambient AI integration to reduce administrative burden and enhance patient interactions
• HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal available
• H1B cap-exempt organization
• Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers and providers new to practice

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
