Federal Performance Evaluation Specialist

This position supports our client's engagement with an ideal candidate who possesses and demonstrates knowledge and skills regarding results-oriented federal legislation and initiatives, as well as planning, conducting performance evaluations, and preparing evaluation reports. This position requires at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with a senior-level client, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Results-oriented federal legislation and initiatives: Some experience working with federal programming, ideally experience and understanding of drug control issues
• Planning and conducting performance evaluations: Sufficient experience planning and conducting performance reviews, evaluations, or audits to plan and conduct these with minimal oversight
• Preparing evaluation reports: Experience writing reports as the primary author, sufficient to write high-quality reports with minimal oversight
• The validity and reliability of the program's measures and data collection
• Experience building, maintaining, and validating databases
• Experience conducting data analyses using intermediate to advanced statistical methods
• Determining the validity and reliability of measurement approaches to determine program effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. citizen and have a current/valid Secret clearance
• Two-plus years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or any business-related degree
• Possesses the organizational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills needed to successfully perform the position's key responsibilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be flexible, innovative, show initiative, and manage fast-paced situations
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite with a good understanding of Excel
