Job Description

• Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems in Ford and Lincoln vehicles.
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs for customers.
• Handle major repairs on Ford engines, transmissions, suspension, AC, and electrical systems.
• Use hand, air tools, and specialty equipment for adjustments, repairs, and replacements.
• Accurately identify, estimate, and communicate the required repairs, parts, and labor to advisors.
• Listen actively and communicate clearly.
• Mentor and support apprentice technicians.
• Test vehicles for proper operation before and after repairs, including final test drives.

Experience

• 5-10 years of Ford vehicle diagnosis and repair experience.
• Current Ford Senior Master & Master Technician certification.
• Extensive hands-on experience with major drivetrain diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of Ford electrical systems.
• Proficiency in onboard diagnostics, scan tools, and Ford specialty tools.
• Ability to diagnose complex drivability and performance issues.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for various problems.
• Strong computer diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Ford dealership repair procedures and policies.
