Job Overview The Admin Assistant III provides advanced clerical and administrative support for the Director/AVP, performing a variety of tasks and special projects to relieve the executive of administrative details. Responsibilities Uses a range of office skills and significant judgment to support the Director/AVP, including document preparation, scheduling, project coordination, and maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications High School diploma, certificate, GED, or equivalent. At least 2 years of clerical/administrative experience. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and internet use. Proficiency with office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and printers. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of company policies, practices and operations. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Compensation Estimated pay range: $20.02 - $24.22 per hour, dependent on experience. Location & Schedule Miami, Full-time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
