Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Telemetry Unit
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Telemetry Unit in Dublin, GA. This position involves providing empathetic, evidence-based care to adult patients who require ongoing cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and monitor telemetry rhythms to ensure patient safety.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain precise documentation of patient information and care activities.
