Apidel Technologies is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in West Bloomfield, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Local Contract Position: RN – Emergency Department Speciality: Emergency Department Duration: 13 Weeks of Contract to FTE Location: West Bloomfield, MI Night shift: 1 nights 7:00pm – 7:30am and 1 mid (2pm –2am) Required Skills: • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC preferred • Education: BSN • License RN in Michigan • Must have: 1 year of ER Experience • No – Block Scheduling or On Call Note: This is a local position based in Detroit, MI, and candidates will be fully responsible for covering all relocation expenses independently, including travel (airfare) and accommodation costs. Job Summary: • Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. • Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. • Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. • Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions Required Skills & Experience: • Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. • Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. • Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel. Education/Experience: • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
