They create individualized treatment plans and work with patients to improve fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and overall functional independence. Key Responsibilities : Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct initial assessments to understand patients' needs, strengths, limitations, and goals. Use standardized tests, interviews, and observations to evaluate physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities. Develop a comprehensive evaluation report, identifying the patient's areas of improvement, potential goals, and required interventions. Developing Treatment Plans : Create personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, addressing specific patient needs. Set measurable goals for improvement in areas like self-care, mobility, work performance, and cognitive skills. Recommend appropriate therapeutic activities and exercises tailored to the patient's abilities and progress.
