At the Ideal Tridon Group, connections aren't just what we make—they're the heart of everything we do.The hand pack operator will be responsible for hand packing and ensure the efficient and safe packaging of products.We are seeking hand packagers for 1st and 3rd shift to join our team at Ideal Tridon in Smyrna TN!Shift:1st 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday3rd 11:00pm - 7:00pm Sunday - ThursdayHourly Pay Range:$17.25 - $17.54$1.10 Shift Differential for 3rd ShiftDuties & Responsibilities:Inspects packaged products for quality and adherence to specifications, including proper labeling and sealing.Records production data, including output quantities, downtime, and maintenance activities, in production logs or databases.Collaborates with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.Required Skills & Abilities:Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Basic math skills.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating machinery.Good communication skills to convey information effectively to team members.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent education and experience required.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting.Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and/or sitting and reaching with hands and arms.May occasionally climb stairs.Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.An Equal Opportunity EmployerWe do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, genetic information, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
