The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: 2-5 years of field experience in multifamily or commercial construction Familiarity with construction sequencing and site operations Ability to review drawings, specifications, and schedules Strong communication skills with field teams and subcontractors Willingness to travel as needed; per diem provided What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $91,000 to $115,600 annually.
