Our leadership came out of traditional agency settings — and left because we knew clinicians deserved better. So we built a practice where the systems work for you: streamlined EHR, fast billing, minimal admin, and leadership that's genuinely invested in your success. When you're not drowning in overhead, you can do what you came here to do. What This Role Looks Like As a 1099 contractor, you'll carry a hybrid caseload — at least two in-person days per week at one of our fully furnished offices in Brighton, Highland or Ann Arbor, with the remainder via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Fully licensed clinicians at 25 clients/week can expect to earn $2,000–$2,400/week. As we grow, so can you — including pathways into supervision and leadership. You're a Fit If You Are: Licensed (LMSW, LPC, PhD/PsyD) or on track for full Michigan licensure within 3–6 months Trained in evidence-based practices — CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, or trauma-informed care Self-directed and organized — you own your schedule and your documentation Passionate about serving clients from diverse backgrounds Comfortable in a practice culture rooted in Christian faith — one that shapes how we treat each other, not what we require of clients or staff Licensure Requirements Social Workers: LMSW in Michigan or on track (ASWB Clinical exam + 4,000 supervised hours, or 10+ years licensed in your current state). Counselors: LPC in Michigan or on track (NCE exam + 3,000 supervised hours). On-site supervision available for LLPCs. The Bottom Line You have skills that change people's lives.
