Job Summary
Assist with rollout, configuration and deployment of Android tablets, Android phones, and mobile Zebra printers in a deployment environment for up to ~6,000 end users. Services to be performed: Replacement tablets and phones Coordination with client staff to unbox and configure devices Configuration highlights: Tablets and Phones: Insert SIM card and enable mobile data, connect to Wi-Fi, set screen PIN, set date/time, update OS, Campbell’s MDM enrollment, set up specified apps Coordination with client staff to box and ship configured devices. Receive returned tablets and phones. Coordination with client to receive returned tablets and phones. Open incident for DXC to wipe device. Coordination with client to hand off wiped tablets and phones for repair evaluation.
