Crisis Intervention Specialist

Shift: 8am-8pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Job Description:

The Crisis Intervention Specialist provides patient-centered, trauma-informed, urgent and emergent behavioral health services in adult and pediatric emergency settings across the health continuum. This role is for licensed clinical professionals.

Responsibilities:

Brief psychosocial assessment
Brief drug and alcohol assessment
Crisis intervention
Hold assessment
Inpatient diversion
Care coordination and communication with medical team
Access community-based providers and transitions of care/discharge planning
Provide behavioral health consultations
Deliver focused, effective and evidence-based interventions
Other duties, as assigned

Requirements:

Master degree in Social Work or comparable clinical Master degree program
Licensed as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Montana
American Heart Association BLS
