Fulltime/W2- Infinite Computer Solutions Onsite Role BerkeleyHeights,NJ Join our Risk Operations team and help protect clients, investigate fraud, and recover funds . As a Fraud Recovery Investigator, you ll investigate suspicious transactions, identify fraud patterns, and collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to resolve fraud cases. What You ll Do Investigate fraud cases and support recovery of fraudulent funds Research transactions and conduct client/account investigations Identify suspicious activity and emerging fraud patterns Maintain accurate documentation of investigative actions Collaborate with Fraud Detection, Risk Analytics, ACH Operations, and Customer Support teams What We re Looking For 1+ year of experience in financial services or fraud investigations preferred Knowledge of ACH or electronic payments is a plus Bachelor s degree preferred, or 3+ years of financial services/payments experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking Proficiency in Microsoft Office If you re curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about fighting financial fraud, we d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
