Step into an exciting opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 academic year in a dynamic school environment. This contract position offers the unique chance to shape a growing program, bringing your data-driven expertise to all three school sites within the district. Your contributions will directly impact general education and special education students, empowering both learners and staff through direct support and effective collaboration.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering onsite services to students across elementary, middle, and high school campuses
  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and writing evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Observing classrooms, including emotional support settings, and providing actionable insights
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, school psychologists, and staff to support student success
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and assisting in the development of effective strategies
  • Supporting the professional growth of staff as the district builds this new discipline

Desired qualifications:

  • Certified BCBA in good standing
  • Prior experience in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong background in data-driven analysis, FBA, and intervention plan development
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work across three district campuses
  • Submissions must include a redacted FBA sample and references

This onsite, full-time role provides a schedule of 37-40 hours per week, commencing August 17, 2026, and running through June 10, 2027.
