Position Title Digital Marketing Instructor (Pooled Position) Job Summary County College of Morris is seeking an experienced and practical Digital Marketing Instructor to support courses within the Business Entrepreneurship program. This role is ideal for a professional who can help business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs effectively market and grow their businesses using current digital strategies, tools, and AI‑assisted techniques. Responsibilities Teach core topics such as: Social media marketing and content strategy Search engine optimization (SEO) Paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media campaigns) Email marketing and customer engagement Marketing analytics and performance tracking Graphic design and visual content creation using Canva Practical use of AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, and analytics insights Qualifications – Education Bachelor’s or higher degree in subject area. Will consider an AS degree or industry‑relevant certification(s) with strong work history and demonstrated subject matter expertise. Professional designations or certifications appropriate to the content being taught are required. Qualifications – Experience 3+ years’ experience using SEO, SEM/PPC (Google Ads), social media management, content marketing, email marketing, and data analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience preferred. Qualifications – Skills Prefer prior post‑secondary classroom teaching experience. Ability to deliver educational materials to diverse students. Excellent communication skills. Industry certification appropriate for the course(s) you wish to teach.
