Senior SailPoint Engineer

To enhance client SailPoint ISC/IIQ programs, the full-time Senior SailPoint Engineer will manage escalations, stabilize production, and drive enhancements while working remotely from anywhere in the continental U.S. Key responsibilities Maintain and optimize identity lifecycle processes, access requests, and certifications Monitor and resolve provisioning failures and campaign anomalies while tuning schedules Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes Required qualifications 5+ years of IAM operations/consulting experience, with at least 2 years in SailPoint IIQ and ISC Recent hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC/IDP in a production environment Proven ownership of aggregations, provisioning, and workflow tuning in large environments Familiarity with Entra ID/AD and common SaaS targets from an IIQ connector perspective Basic scripting skills for operations automation (PowerShell or Python) preferred
