Janitorial Position

Our client, a leading organization in facility maintenance, is seeking a Janitorial to join their team. As a Janitorial, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the cleaning and upkeep of multiple buildings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitorial

Location: Victoria, TX

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch

What's the Job?

• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of bathrooms and indoor areas
• Maintain cleanliness across 10 buildings, with some travel between campuses
• Use a golf cart to transport cleaning supplies efficiently
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including SDS sheets
• Assist in maintaining a hygienic and welcoming environment for staff and visitors

What's Needed?

• Some prior janitorial or custodial experience
• Ability to read and write in English
• Willingness to be trained on safety data sheets (SDS) and cleaning protocols
• Reliable timekeeping and ability to follow directions
• Comfortable using a golf cart for transportation of supplies
