We are seeking a confident and skilled General Dentist Associate to join our Antioch location on a part-time basis, with the potential to advance to full-time working at both Antioch and Brentwood locations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, multitasking skills, and the ability to work effectively with a team of dental assistants and staff. You should be comfortable performing a wide range of dental procedures and dedicated to providing excellent patient care with a personable bedside manner. Pay $150,000~$208,000 per year Salary Details Pay: $150,000 - $208,000 per year (30% of production) Employment Type Full-time Requirements DEA Registration General Dentistry Licensed dentist Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school Current, valid California Dental License in good standing Valid and active Malpractice Insurance Valid and active DEA License Mid-level dentistry experience with confidence in general dentistry procedures Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well with diverse patient populations Leadership skills and ability to multitask in a busy private practice Job Description Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry including cleanings, SRP, fillings, simple and surgical extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, bridges, implant restorations (not placement), dentures, and partials Manage patient care efficiently while maintaining exceptional bedside manner Work collaboratively with another dentist, dental assistants, and support staff to ensure a productive workflow Lead and coordinate with multiple dental assistants as needed Deliver patient education and treatment planning tailored to individual needs Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and dental regulations Benefits Jobley Bonus: $280 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed About the Practice Name: Crossings Dental Care Location: 3379 Deer Valley Road, Antioch, CA 94531 Crossings Dental Care
